Under the Builder’s Agreement the Developers has the option to set up the apartment buyers’ organisation of its choice. In the event the Developers opt for and actually form and get registered the Co-operative Housing Society under co-operative enactments then the Final Conveyance is in the form of Societal Final Conveyance which is executed by the land owner either by himself or through his/her duly constituted attorney together with the Developers as the confirming party, to and in favour of the registered Housing Society.
